LAND ROVER COUTA BOAT CHALLENGE

Date: Thursday 8th December

Time: 9:00 - 15:00

Location: St Kilda Sailing Precinct, RMYS

Format: 

0900 - 1030 - Registration & light breakfast

1200 - 1500 - Luncheon (Rooftop) 

Number of guests: 50 (sailing) 130 (lunch) 

Description: A fantastic race for Couta Boat crew members and guests to Port Melbourne and back. Followed by a rooftop luncheon, providing unique hospitality and networking opportunities whilst seeing the best Olympic sailors in action.

 

 

 

OLYMPIC SAUSAGE SIZZLE 

Date:  Friday 9th December 

Time:  5:30 - 8:00pm 

Location:  Mainstage/ Sailing precinct (adjacent to RMYS)

Number of guests: 1000 

Format: BBQ Sausage Sizzle 

Description: With the days sailing wrapped up, the competitors and crew will enjoy a fantastic bbq cooked by Olympians on the waterfront.  There will be photo opportunities and a chance to swap stories with competitors and sponsors in a fun casual atmosphere providing inspiration for our youth.

Theme: Casual beachwear 

 

 

 

MEDAL PRESENTATION PARTY

Date: Sunday 11th December

Time: 5:​0pm - 8:30pm

Location: Main stage and sailing precinct ( adjacent to RMYS )

Format: Medal/cheque presentations and event finale party 

Number of guests: 800 - 1000

Description: Competitors and sponsors alike will enjoy guest speakers, Indigenous performers, music, food and drinks in a celebratory atmosphere. Winners will take to the stage to accept their medal/cheque. Kite surfing and sailing footage streaming in the background, alongside the spectacular St.Kilda foreshore location.

Ticketing: Food and drinks open to competitors and invited guests. Alcohol available for purchase.

Theme: Casual beachwear
